Corporate Responsibility Bill

American corporations have no economic or legislative incentive to bring living wage manufacturing jobs back to the United States; Therefore, we the taxpayers are forced to make up the difference in personal and property taxes, governments collect no property taxes on dormant manufacturing facilities, schools, families/marriage and the American Dream has been turned into a political battle wherein people are forced into separatist group ideologies fighting for smaller and smaller pieces of the economic pie.

The Alberts/Hamilton Corporate Responsibility Bill that essentially offers tangible economic incentives to major corporate entities to relocate manufacturing facilities to urban blight zones in the United States. Along with this incentive package, consequences for continued importation of American labeled (but predominantly foreign manufactured goods) would be to pay a stiff import tariff on the percentage of lost taxes, increased welfare costs, and reeducation programs for displaced workers.
